What Does A Pimple On The Testicle Indicate?
Hello Doctor! I am 24 yr old male student. I have small -small acne or like pimple on my hydrocele bigger than mustard rigid, some time wen i press them some kind of white hard material like same as it comes from pimple come. Now a days it has become more...it itches too. Could u please tell what is this and what are its remedies?

You seem to be having a sebaceous cyst of the scrotum. The treatment is surgical excision. Since you also have a hydrocele, both the problems can operate upon in the same sitting. Please do consult a general surgeon for the examination and surgical management.
