What Does A Pimple On The Thigh Indicate?
Hello I have a question, I'm 24 pregant 32 weeks and noticed a large pimple or so I thought on my inner thigh I am a plus size gal so my thighs rub together I tired to pop it little to no puss came out and now it's red and in a lot of pain, what can I do should I go see a doctor tomm???

You must not rub or squeeze it by yourself. It may get infected because of your hands.
As you are pregnant you must not take any medication like antibiotics or analgesics by your self.
As you said it is red and inflamed, you need to wash it or use antiseptic like Pivodene.
If it starts spreading or annoying too much you must visit a physician.
