What Does A Purple And Yellow Colored Bruise On The Waistline Indicate?
I have a purple and yellow colored bruise on my right love handle. Three days ago when I would cough on sneeze I had pain in my right rib cage area almost like a pulled muscle. Now when I cough or sneeze there is only a slight pain. It is not sore in the area where the bruise is and there are no lumps or solid feeling areas. YYYY@YYYY

I think this bruising is from trauma. Taking anticoagulants known as blood thinners can make you have bruises from minor trauma you don't even remember. I think this is the cause you are having them.
