General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms see to be related to a bug bite. I suggest you take an over-the-counter painkiller, such as acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

For bites that itch, apply an ice pack or an over-the-counter anti-itch cream, such as hydrocortisone. The swelling will go away on its own in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
