What Does A Rash Spreading From Forehead To Face And Neck Indicate?

Hi im 26 years old and I ve developed a rash in my forhead that spread to my whole face, neck, chest, and back in a week. They look like tiny pimples. Doctors didnt know what it was they gave me anti fungal cream seem to work on my body but not my face what should i use?

The rash can be acneiform, infectious or due to some drug related allergy. A clinical examination is must prior a definitive diagnosis.
