hi. so i have a large red bumb on the inside of my legs right between the leg and pubic area where the muscle meets. right in that crease where your pants or panties would rub between. and at first i thought it was an ingrown hair but i m not too sure. it doesn t itch or hurt except when i push hard on it. would really love some insight... thanks.
