What Does A Red Bump On The Penis Indicate?
I have a single red bum on the tip of my penis and one on the middle of scrotum where it touches the other red bump. The one on my penis came first and after two weeks the other one popped up. The one on my scrotum is itchy but the other one is not. It s been a little over three months since I have had sex.
