What Does A Red Rash On The Abdomen And Lower Back Indicate?

Hi, my son is 4 years old,he will be 5 in September. He pees in the bed literally every night. Ive tired rewarding. This morning. He woke up with a red little rash on his belly, lower back, and the back of his left arm. What could this be? I m going to buy glow and the dark stars, every morning he wakes up dry, I m going to let him out a star on the ceiling for a reward. But what could the rash be and what causes it?

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Rash he woke up this morning on his belly, lower back and back of left arm is a sign of dermatitis or fungal infection. Please send a photo of the affected areas in to evaluate the rash myself.

If it is itchy, apply anti-histamine anti-itchy cream you find over the counter. Give OTC anti-itching pill to him. If no improvement in the following days, should send to dermatologist for further investigations.
