What Does A Red Rash On The Chest Indicate?
I have a small bruise (or appearance of a bruise), on my arm, which has been there for several months. It doesn t seem to want to heel. I also have a reddened chest, which takes on the appearance of a rash, which I have experienced for many years. I am a 44 year old female.

Most probably it will be a blood blister. Generally, it will settle by itself without any definite treatment if the lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and plan for laser or cryosurgery.
