What Does A Red Rash On The Rib Cage Indicate?
I have a rash on both rib cages, and a red blotchy area below right nipple that has turned purple(looks somewhat like a bruise) along with body aches and fever. I was tested for Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever but tests came back negative. What could it be?

For costochondritis rest taken ...
Ibuprofen tablet given for five days
Hot compress can be useful
Avoid strenous work
