What Does A Red Thick Horizontal Line Across The Stomach Indicate?
I have a red thick horizontal line across my stomach like underwear or pants would make. But nothing touching it at all . It is right across my belly button. From one side to the other side of my body. It does not itch nor hurt. It almost looks like I sat in a hot bath and the skin is red. I am 31 weeks pregnant I have noticed this for two weeks now.

After going through your query, it's usual that during pregnancy red-brown line occur mostly due to the increased blood supply to the uterus. It will disappear after delivery. So no need to worry. It's called stretch marks.
