What Does A Report Of Fasting Blood Sugar 80 And Post Prandial Blood Sugar 80 Mean ?

I just had my Sugar test and my fasting was 97 and PP was 80, at same day I had Hb1ac and result was 5.3 it means, I am diabetic or diabetics problems will start sooner
