What Does A Round, Itchy And Bumpy Rash On The Hand Indicate?

I have a half circle thing bumpy rash. It s been with me for two years. I ve been to doctors. And was prescribed a cream It went away but always comes back in the summer months. This rash has traveled all over my left hand. It was small as a dime.. This time around its under my left wrest. About two inches half circle. And itchy very itchy. I m gonna see a doctor. After work but could tell me what you think it is ND howl serious is it. It getting bigger. Thank you you for your time. Roman Flores

Hi,

It is possible that the rash is a fungal rash. This recurs with heat and moisture. Eg: during the summer or if it is not adequately treated (needs to be treated for 2 to 3 weeks)

An anti-fungal cream like Econoderm or Ketoconazole or Clotrimazole would be helpful.
