What Does A Sacrospinalis Fixation Surgery Involve?

Hello my name is Mary Ann Rogers, I have had incontences with my bladder since birth. I was born with 7 kiddney stones from that time to the age 16 I saw my doctors every month to once a year. I have had two children. Had a Complete D&C in 1997 I think. in 2012 I was getting ready to go on a two week vacation Saw a doctor she gave me the pessary that worked up to this year. Now I am being told that I have Sacorspinalis fixation. No one told me anything only that they hope the next dr can do the surgery. What is this? What can it cause if decide not to have the surgery? someone told me that it could be with something to do with my back. Please someone tell me what it is and what type of surgery I have to have. I had someone tell me that is was a bad bladder problem causes cancer.
