Hello, My boyfriend has a scar near his penis and a little knobby bit on penis that is very sensitive (in a good way). his parents say the operation was to do with his testicles being tucked up but they are very awkward and vague on details. What are possible reasons a baby would get surgury down there? He has a strong feminine side although definitely more masculine, tests low in testosterone. His brother is gay. So now we are both questioning if this scar may have been a hermaphrodite surgury, is this likely and are there other possibilities?
