What Does A Skin Tag On The Upper Thigh Indicate?

I have a skin tag on my upper inner thigh (near where my leg meets my groin area) that appears to be shedding skin (not profusely), is slightly red, and is leaking a fluid that smells somewhat like mildew. It doesn't hurt but it is quite large and is a roundish shape off the stalk. Is this just irritation? Is it normal for skin tags to have a little fluid if they become irritated?

it can be inflammatory lesion . requeres local examination for assesment and proper diagnosis. it can be thrombus or inflamed lymph gland. aspiration cytology study if posible can be done for proper diagnosis and advise on treatment.
