What Does A Small Bump On The Bottom Of The Penis Shaft Indicate?
im not sexually active. Haven t ever been. There is a small painless rice sized bump on the bottom of my penis shaft. I think its an ingrown hair. It has been like this for a couple of months. it is white. Barely visible. I do shave down there so that is why I think it is an ingrown hair.

It could be genital wart or molluscum. Nothing much to worry as both of them are benign (non-cancerous) and easily curable ones.
Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed you can opt for cryosurgery or cautery.
