General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have abscesses. You can better send me a photo of the bump on reports in order to better evaluate it. I suggest using antibiotics medication and anti-inflammatory medication. I also suggest continuing anti-diabetic medicine and maintain good hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
