General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

As the lesion is a precancerous one, it is better to surgically excise it. Consult a plastic surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
