What Does A Small Dent In Temple Along With Dizziness And Headache Suggest?

There is a small dent in the left side of my temple area in the skull which i observed lately ( it pains acutely on applying a little pressure )... I have been observing dizziness , mild headaches and heavy headness from the past 3 months ... my age is 22 .

I really appreciate your concern, if this no history of any injury or infection then the symptoms may not be related with each other but headache and other symptoms may be nonspecific still it is better to get done the test and CT Head is advisable, hope this information helps, take care.
