What Does A Small Dent On Forehead After A Head Injury Indicate?
i banged my head on a metal railing whilst working yesterday - (around 28 hours ago) there is a small indent on my forehead - i felt a little sick for a very short time afterwards but otherwise have been fine - my parents are concerened and think that i shouldve sought medical help do i still need to get it checked out?

It may be due to extradural hematoma.
For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with Neurophysician.
You may require computed tomography brain after consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen for pain
