What Does A Small Lump On The Temple Of A Toddler Indicate?

Hi, a few days ago I found what I thought was a goose egg on my 2 yr old daughters head near her temple. It is very hard. Today I noticed one on the other side almost in the same spot, but a bit smaller. There very hard like a bone would feel. They are not bothering her, but she just says booboo when I touch them. Any idea what they could be, if not an injury?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned it is (FOP)Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva ,so do one alkaline phosphate test of serum.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
