What Does A Small, Moveable Hard Lump Inside Right Armpit Suggest?

Hi I have a moveable hard lump deep inside my right armpit. It s noticeable when I relax and search around....but if I lift my arm up and stretch it s not noticeable. Am I mistaking it for a gland? I felt the left side and same thing there just slightly smaller

Hello,small hard lump in your right armpit may be lymph node.It will increase in size because of infection.If it is not painful or if it is not increasing in size this is normal.If it is not associated with other symptoms like weight loss,lump in breast (in case if you are female) this is normal.
