What Does A Sore Around The Groin Area Indicate?

Doctor,I am 20 and was recently told I had a UTI. I was given antibiotics and I m not sure if it s gotten better. My huge concern is with a huge sore I got in my inner thigh, right in the fold between my leg and the outside of my vagina. It s been very very painful and just today at work I felt it burst and a lot of liquid and blood came out. It wasn t a very pleasant smell either. I m very concerned but have no insurance so I m not too sure what to do or think of this. Any help if more ham appreciated. Thank you.
