What Does A Spot On Head After An Injury Indicate?

Almost 3 weeks ago I had my head repeatedly beat into a door frame. The swelling went down a couple weeks ago but there is still a spot where it is upraised and almost feels sharp when i touch it. I never had it looked at but. I think maybe it is fractured?

Well come to HCM
Instead of fracture chances of abscess need to be ruled out because this could be most likely and for this better get done the clinical examination, and for the pain you can have any NSIAD (Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug) if needed antibiotic can be added, take care and have a nice day.
