What Does A Strange Sensation On The Penile Head Indicate?
I have a weird sensation in the tip of my penis. It s not pain just a strange sensation. It starts when I need to pee and sometimes when I don t have too. The sensation is not constant,just so often. There is no discharge or dis colorization in my pee when I m done. I have no other pain with this in any other part of my body.

This is possible uroinfection or urethritis and it may be present without discharge or fevered. You need to do urine analysis and urinoculture to rule this out. If you had recent intercourse,it may indicate std,but this is not likely.
