What Does A Swollen Lymph Node In The Armpit Indicate?

Hi sir, I had protected sex with a girl exactly 50 days before. But unfortunately the breast milk entered my mouth. I got a swollen lymph node at armpit and disappeared within two days.This is second time im feeling. I tested hiv negative at 35th day. Please advice 7
