What Does A Swollen Lymph Node In The Clavicle Indicate?

Hi, we have recently discovered my son as a swollen lymph node in the clavicle region, he also has 2 lymph nodes on his neck which doctor seems to not be concerned with. She is concerned with the node in the clavicle area, it s approx. 3 cm. The blood test results all appear to be normal. What are some other things we should be concerned with?
