What Does A Tender Spot On Forehead Indicate?

I have a bruising feeling on the front left side of my head (about one inch to the left of the middle of forehead). It's tender to the touch but I don't see a bruise there. Could I have bumped my head and not have noticed this pain until a few days later?

don't worry much about that .
even if its a bruise , nothing will happen.
if u have pain - use brufen or if u have swelling
u can use chymoral forte tablet for 3 days ( 3 times a day)
