You are suggested to take adequate water and fluids to prevent dehydration as it does cause headache. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and take food in time whether you want to eat or not. This will help your vitals to normalize,
hypoglycemia, hypotension can also cause headache.
Throbbing headache commonly occur due underlying health condition like migraine,
occipital neuralgia, or caffeine / drug withdrawal.
Get clinically examined to detect underlying health condition so that you can be treated at the earliest. You are suggested to get connected with a detox center that will help you successfully detox while taking care of your
