What Does A Tingling Sensation In The Vagina Indicate?

Im a 20 year old female. For about three days now i have been experiencing tingling sensation within my vagina. The pressure from wiping myself after i use the toilet relieves the tingling slightly. The first day this began i also had the constant need to pee yet when i went to the toilet nothing came out. Help please
