Your findings may suggests small left ovarian simple cyst.Simple ovarian cyst generally only require follow up ultrasound. You may need clinical evaluation. Generally simple cysts doesn't interfere with pregnancy and it is not dangerous so,you shouldn't worry at all. Tumour markers CA 125(it will exclude malignant causes) can be done if needed. Simple ovarian cyst may require treatment if it cause symptoms, size increases or there is infection in the cyst.
Hi there. By the above history seems like you have a small mass in your left ovary (cyst). Its a unilocular cyst that means it does not have compartments or sections within it. its anechoic that mean its homogenous inside that means it has similar filling or uniform filling inside it and that different types of material like tissue debris etc are not present. Both these signs are of benign cysts that is non cancerous type of cyst. Also I would like to add that ovarian cysts are quite common in early pregnancy. So dont get simply worried if your gynecologist is not. such cases are managed by expectant management that is just keep a watch on this. This usually doesnt cause any problem.
