What Does A Vibrating Sensation In The Right Eye Indicate?

Hi! I was experiencing some strange vibrations out of my right eye..sort of glowing vibrations that blurred my outer vision like when one stares into a bright light or something. they seem to have settled now. Do you think it is a sign of something?

Simple muscular vibrations in eye lid could be temporary signs Of fatigue or over exertion. But if you have flashes of light along with it... it suggests pissibility of some serious vision orpressure problems in eye.
I would advise for consultation of an eye surgeon (opthalmologist) &get needful treatment.
