What Does A Wart In The Anus Indicate?
Hello I seem to have what appears to be what I think may be a small bump or possibly WART on my peri anal area I am a 46 yr old male HIV positive undetectable recently had my mess changed as well Will cortisone cream help this to go away ?

Thank you for your concern. There are anal warts which indicates there is viral infection around the anus. However it is necessary to confirm since hemorroids can also present at a swelling in the anus.
