My vagina gushes a watery substance. It feels like a period. At the worst moments it wets my underwear and even my pants !! It has an odor too. I need help, what do I do ? I m 15 and I don t know how to tell my mom without it being embarrassing . I ve asked her to help me before & she has but its come back and I think I need a gynecologist. What do I do ?
Hello dear, Welcome to Health Care Magic. Ifigured your concern. There are some causes of your condition: 1.Taking a bath in tub( water can come inside of your vagina) 2.Infection due using of another's towel, visiting of pools, rivers or sea and etc: -Gardnerella vaginalis(discharge has smell of fish) - Trichomonas vaginalis(discharge is as foamy water) I suggest: -Consult your gynaecologist -Vagina,urethra culture with sensitivity to antibiotic -You might require general and local antibiotic therapy according with infection(probably metronidazole 500mg or others Don't worry, you will get better. Best regards Dr.Sagar Gaurav Shrivastva
