What Does A White Dot At The Corner Of The Eye Indicate?

My .son who is a man now has a white dot inside the corner of his eye.he is seeing a eye doctor tomorrow.Its really sore we live far apart . hope he wont need surgery. I have cataracts. hope its just eye allergy. Can you please give me advice for him.

It could be a pingecula. Nothing to worry. Do get it looked at. Avoid sunlight and dust exposure. It can be removed by surgery.
