What Does A White Spot On The Penis Indicate?

I have a white spot (flat) on the head of my penis. Any cure for this. Had a biopsy and they said it was lichenoid interface dermatitis. My dermatologist wants me to have a circumsion done but I am 77 years old and I do want that done . He said there was a possibility I cood get cancer if I didn t have it done. Answers please. Its a precancerous lesion.
And its not very bad to do a minor procedure like circumcision at this age.Infact its the best option ,rather going for a penilectomy after getting cancer penis.prevention is better than cure.
