What Does Abdominal Bloating Along With Urge Bowel Incontinence Indicate?

I have a bloating feeling in my lower stomach. It constantly feels like I have do have a bowel movement but nothing comes out. This same tho g happened 3 days in a row with diaherra. Now I have rectal bleeding. I m super uncomfortable. What could this be?

Hello,

Probably you may be suffering from acute bacillary dysentery or acute gastroenteritis with hemorrhoids or fissure in the anus, or irritable bowel syndrome.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks, do regular exercise. Avoid dairy products and gluten-containing food. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
