Hi, i gave birth on jan but my baby passed away before delivery, now m five weeks pregnant and having pain on my back around the waist and abdomen around (mons pubis) especially after long walking. few days ago I noticed brown discharge, m worried could it be something serious

Hello and rhanks for writing. It may be due to ectopic pregnancy. I suggest you see a doctor and get an ultrasound to confirm for the location of pregnancy.
