Abdominal pain along with diarrhea and vomiting could be due to food poisoning , food allergy , infection of digestive system and stomach flu or colic. Take oral rehydration solution as well. I would suggest you to sips of water or other clear fluids on a very frequent basis. You should avoid solid foods for a few hours try small amounts of mild foods such as rice, applesauce and do not take foods or drinks caffeine , carbonated beverages , citrus and dairy products. If condition doesn't get better then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination and get complete examination done. Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics ,analgesic and antacid .
Hope your concern has been resolved. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
