What Does Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhea Indicate?

been having a dull achy stomach (abdomen) all day. I also had a very sharp pain on th eleft upper quad, right at the bottom of the last rib early this a.m. Followed by sensitivety in this area. I just had a dark green loose stool. should I be concerned, ther has been a stomach virus going around, I assumed that is what is was at first

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
