What Does Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea Indicate?

Hello there! I am 48 years old, woman. I have been having a lot of upper middle abd pain, and right upper and lower abd pain for approx. 1.5 years. I recently had an upper EGD, found small hiatal hernia and IBS. I have been tested for Celiac Disease, and that was negative. I had a U/S a few weeks ago, and have a 5MM cyst on my gallbladder. I feel very nauseated all of the time. And insight to what this could be? thank you!

Hello,

Basically, you have IBS problem which is more important to be understood. Its the problem with the body if the mind is diseased. Your problems are more due to tension than your body pathological. If you have a hiatus hernia many usually have this problem in common and yes you could even get nausea or reflux due to this. Since all the investigation proves you nothing is there then it's the time to change up your mind and cure your IBS. Try to keep your mind calm, do meditation, yoga, exercises all this will make you feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
