What Does Abdominal Pain In The Left Side Indicate?

Hi doctor. I am a heart failure patient and 13 yrs ago I had a severe heart attack. I had 5 bypass and I am under medications over 13 yrs. On Feb 28, I felt my left abdominal had some pain then I thought it would go away until next morning I still didn t feel way. I felt nausea and burping a lot and I had constipation . Finally I went to the hospital. Thy did blood test and they said I had no heart attack but later on starting to vomiting but nothing came out, only water because I didn t eat for 1 day . 5 hours later I did a CT scan and diagnosed me with kidney infarcts. They left me in emergency and did all the tests and they said my kidney test are all functioning normally. Now , I feel very weak and tired. My face is pale and I am still burping a lot . Will these symptoms indicate that I will have another heat attack or other bold clots that can go attack other internal organs? Thank you very much for your kindness and your professional help.
