What Does Abdominal Pain Indicate?

Hi there, I get a soar stomach every single day, usually around 2-3pm and it goes on into the evening. I always experience a lot of gas throughout the day. I cut dairy out of my diet and have not noticed a difference. I also get acid reflux often. Do you have any idea what this might be?

Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
I would advise that you can take Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg once a day for relief.
Avoid spicy and oily foods. Do not skip meals.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroenterologist. An Endoscopy may be helpful.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
