What Does Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Along With Diarrhea Indicate?
I was recently put on the drug Creon 12000 and told to take 2 with every meal and to take 1 with every snack. I would like to know what is the next step to finding out exactly what is wrong with me? No blood tests were taken prior to my GP prescribing this drug to me. The initial complaint was upper left quad pain with alternating constipation followed by diarrhea / steatorrhea. How will I know if this not pancreatic cancer?

To rule out CA-Pancreas one must undergone CECT-Whole abdomen if any mass founded in any part of pancreas, then definitive therapeutic part to be considered.
With this symptom you are having it is more pointing towards Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
