What Does Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Indicate?

I have pain in my stomach on the left side under my rib cage that goes on my side and back on the left side. it hurts the worst when I m standing or on my feet not doing much movement. if I m moving around on my feet its not bad like at the gym I don t feel it. once I m at work like when im drilling in place it starts hurting in 30 to 45 min. the pain makes me need to sit down. can you help me?

By your history and description, we should definitely rule out internal abdominal pathology first.
So get done ultrasound abdomen.
If this is normal then no need to worry much.
Pulled spinal muscle can also cause similar kind of pain.
So consult physiotherapy doctor and start physiotherapy in the form of ultrasound, wax bath, hot and cold massage etc.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
