What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

Can t get the symptom checker to work, so will ask you. Our 22 yr old daughter just had a clump of blood come out with her loose stool. She has been having right side abdominal pains for several months, we have been to the ER, but they have ruled out multiple things. This is the first time there has been blood with her stool though. In the last two months they have taken her off of her BCP s to lower her liver function tests that had started to climb; those numbers have come down. Recently (the last three weeks) her heart rate has been above 100; been to ER, been to primary care physician and he has changed her meds. Her heart rate is now in the 90 s. Waiting to get into a cardiologist. Our main concern at the moment is the clump of blood that came out with her stool.
