What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

Hi sir , i am a 26 years lady . Married ,we don t have kids because we did not try yet. Now I have a pain in my stomach right side I mean at the left hip. Not continuesly monthly 2 or 3 time. But that time I have vaginal distraction with brown ,yellow or red color Could you please explain why this happening

Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
There are many reasons that can cause abdominal pain:
I think that in your case it can be a pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) due to the fact that you have vaginal discharge.
I sugest you to do these exams:
de:
-pelvic exam to check your pelvic organs
- cervical culture to check your cervix for infections
- urine test to check your urine
The treatment ddepend on the cause.
