What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?
I’ve been having right side pelvic and abdominal pain. I also had a uti. My gyn saw a 3.5 cm cyst on my right overy which is painful. My ca125 came back within normal range. However my mom passed away of uterine cancer and her ca125 was 24 at the time. She was 60 when diagnosed and passes 3 years later. I still have abnormal bowl habits, pelvic pain and bloating and loss of appetite.

Your CA 125 level is normal, and you have given the size of the cyst. If the cyst reported as a simple cyst, then ignore but if the cyst reported as complex, then please undergo CT scan. Another option is to undergo a repeat scan after one month to access ovarian cyst. Your symptoms are due to your ovarian cyst.
