1.The findings which mentioned are complications of the previous tuberculosis infection.
2.The abdominal tuberculosis has caused attachment with the tubes and infective changes adjacent to the uterus.
3.The above finding will cause difficulty in conceiving.
4.I would recommend an HSG for tubal petency and and an ultrasound pelvis for ovarian status.
